Fully develop an RFP response including an Abstract, Statement of Need, Organizational Capacity, Program Description, Budget Narrative, Evaluation, or other components as indicated. Complete budget forms, application cover page, and other forms as required for a successful submission. Hard copy and digital submission formats included. An average proposal is 50 pages including narrative responses and forms.
A solid profile describes your organization concisely and includes relevant demographics woven with compelling need factors yet balanced with organizational strengths. It is a versatile document intended to serve as a template to respond to RFP’s or to use to develop consistency and impact in marketing your organization. A profile is generally one to two standard pages in length.
Fully read and evaluate RFP’s and develop a summary to includes eligibility restrictions, funding range, funding priorities, action dates, submission requirements and other factors that may impact submission decisions. Informational webinars and Q&A sessions will also be considered in developing an agency-specific response.
Proofreading is reading and editing for grammatical and technical corrections with limited regard to content responses as they related to the RFP. Minimum 72 hour turn around before deadline.
Project editing can be in-depth and difficult depending on the experience and quality of the document submitted by the writer. Fully developed responses must be submitted no less than one week prior to the deadline. Editing may include restructuring paragraphs, substituting text for persuasive writing, developing stronger responses with additional text or resources, and technical corrections. Editing will likely require ongoing input from your grant team.

Evaluations range from formative to summative, or a hybrid based on funder directives and organizational needs. Our evaluators work with you to design goals and objectives and formulate outputs and outcomes. Fidelity to the proposed project compared to the actual project as well as a financial review based on the project’s budget are integral components of overall project performance. Evaluations include at least two onsite observations and use a variety of data collection tools. A final report is issued to stakeholders and is available in both hard copy and digital formats.

Strong Boards are paramount to governing and leading an organization within the parameters of an organization’s mission. Each board member must commit to the organization financially, understand their role as a fiduciary agent, and be prepared to lead as a steward of the mission.
